Status: 2026. For contracts concerning the digital content (software licenses) offered on this website.
These T&C apply to all contracts between MHM Digitale Lösungen UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sonderfeld 56, 45277 Essen, Germany (hereinafter the "Provider") and consumers and entrepreneurs concerning the provision of digital content (software licenses, in particular AI aim, hardware spoofer, anti-cheat bypass). Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
The customer registers with a valid email address. Registration serves to manage licenses. The customer is obliged to provide truthful information and to keep access credentials secret.
The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By completing the purchase process (order and successful payment via Stripe) the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon provision of the license token in the customer account. For digital content, performance usually begins immediately after payment confirmation.
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. Payment is made exclusively via the payment service provider Stripe (credit card, direct debit, further methods as offered). Billing occurs at the time of purchase.
Right of withdrawal for digital content: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the delivery of digital content not on a tangible medium if the Provider has begun performance with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. By starting the activation/delivery of the license token you agree that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of an effective withdrawal, the received services must be returned and any benefits drawn (e.g. already activated licenses) reimbursed. Since withdrawal is excluded after performance has begun, there is no obligation to return in this case.

Purchased licenses are bound to the hardware ID (HWID) transmitted upon activation and are non-transferable. Passing on, copying, analyzing (reverse engineering), circumventing the protection mechanisms or shared use across multiple devices is prohibited. In the event of a breach, the Provider is entitled to block the license without any entitlement to a refund.
The customer undertakes to use the software exclusively in permitted environments and in accordance with applicable law and the terms of service of the respective games/platforms. Use in online games may violate third-party terms and lead to bans; this is solely the customer's responsibility.
The software is provided "as is". The Provider warrants the contract-conforming provision of the license token and the activation function. No warranty is given for functionality in specific target applications, in particular against changes to third-party systems (game updates, anti-cheat updates). Liability for indirect damages, lost profit and data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health or mandatory statutory provisions.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of performance and, where permitted, exclusive place of jurisdiction is Essen, Germany, insofar as the customer is an entrepreneur. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected (severability clause).
